Our fully remote team spans multiple countries and time zones, bringing together diverse talent and deep industry knowledge.**About the role**We are seeking a **motivated and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Associate** to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals, supporting the daily financial operations of U.S.based clients in the cannabis industry. You’ll manage recurring deliverables independently, demonstrate ownership, and suggest small improvements to existing processes.This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build their skills and grow within a collaborative and mission-driven startup environment.**Key Responsibilities**- Assist with AP & AR processes, aging reports, data entry, documentation, and month-end close activities- Deliver accurate, complete work on time while meeting quality standards and SLAs- Maintain low error rates and ensure mínimal need for supervisor corrections- Build client trust through reliable support and contribute ideas to improve workflows- Collaborate with team leads and peers in meetings, check-ins, and shared projects- Develop technical expertise in accounting fundamentals, AP/AR processes, Excel, and ERP systems**Requirements**:***:- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or currently in the final semester)- Experience: 1-2 years of relevant work experience (internships or entry-level positions count)- Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level required); Exposure to ERP systems is a plus**Skills**:- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently under supervision**Benefits**Competitive salary and performance-based incentivesFully remote work environmentCareer growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding companyA collaborative and supportive team culture**Our Values**We are guided by curiosity, collaboration, and persistence.
