**Responsabilidades del puesto**- **Gestión de asuntos legales**: Participar en la revisión legal de documentos importantes como contratos, acuerdos y memorandos involucrados en el proyecto. Proporcionar servicios legales para asuntos importantes del proyecto, realizar evaluaciones legales para decisiones comerciales clave del departamento de proyectos y ofrecer opiniones de consulta legal. Revisar la legalidad, el cumplimiento y la necesidad de los detalles de gestión del departamento de proyectos.- **Gestión de cumplimiento**: Participar en la creación del mecanismo de gestión de cumplimiento del proyecto. Mantenerse al tanto de las leyes y regulaciones externas de México y/o Nuevo León que puedan afectar el proyecto. Convertir los requisitos regulatorios externos en obligaciones internas de cumplimiento e identificar los riesgos de cumplimiento. Organizar la identificación de riesgos de cumplimiento en las actividades de gestión empresarial, supervisar la implementación y evaluación de la eficacia de las medidas de respuesta a riesgos de cumplimiento.- **Consulta comercial**: Atender y resolver solicitudes de consulta legal de varios departamentos comerciales del proyecto y proporcionar opiniones de consulta legal. Brindar consulta y sugerencias sobre temas de cumplimiento que enfrenten los distintos departamentos comerciales del proyecto.- **Educación y capacitación**: Organizar capacitaciones y educación legal para los empleados del departamento de proyectos. Organizar capacitaciones sobre obligaciones de cumplimiento para los empleados del departamento de proyectos con el fin de aclarar las normas de comportamiento de cumplimiento para los empleados.- **Completar tareas temporales**: Completar tareas temporales asignadas por la dirección.**Requisitos del puesto**:- **Educación**: Licenciatura.- **Requisitos de especialidad**: Derecho, Derecho Económico u otras carreras relacionadas con el ámbito legal.- **Cualificaciones**: Título profesional técnico intermedio o superior, o certificado de calificación profesional legal, o certificado de habilitación para ejercer como abogado.- **Experiência**: Al menos 3 años de experiência laboral relevante en el ámbito legal, preferentemente en giro de construcción, obra pública.- **Inglés**: AvanzadoTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 al mesTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horasIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
