Provide legal services for important project matters, perform legal demonstrations for important business decisions of the project department, and provide legal consulting opinions. Review the legality, compliance and necessity of project department management data.- Compliance Management: Participate in the establishment of the project compliance management mechanism. Pay attention to laws and regulations external to Mexico and/or Nuevo León that may affect the project. convert external regulatory requirements into internal compliance obligations and identify compliance risks.
