Our employees thrive here by living our values: we support each other as we strive to find a better way, we move fast with discipline and purpose, and we do the right thing always.Through a respectful, inclusive and collaborative culture, a career at Flex offers the opportunity to make a difference, invest in your career growth and join our purpose - to make great products that create value and improve people’s lives.Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Project Coordinator located in Juarez site.Reporting to the Sr Director, Sales Operations, the Project Coordinator role is responsible for working closely with our Executive and Business Development Teams to develop value propositions for existing and new customers as well as strategic internal projects where required.What a typical day looks like:- Research as required- Working closely with the Project’s Business Development Lead to determine project Timelines, Deliverables and Expectations.- Reviewing Customer Documentation and Requirements and disseminating the key and critical elements of the project with mínimal input.- Generation of detailed Customer Proposal Documents and Presentations (responsible for consolidation of inputs and formatting of document)- Creating, managing and driving the project tracker and timelines with Functional Team to ensure all deliverables are captured- Maintenance, Filing and Distribution of Documents relevant to customer project- Arrange any conference calls, video conferencing requirements of project.- Ensuring all documents, presentations etc being delivered to customer are aligned with company standards- Developing knowledge of both companies and customer’s capabilities and product offerings and contributing to overall solution drawing on previous experience- Scheduling project meetings and coordinating project-related activities,- Assuring that proper communication regarding the project is appropriately distributed to team members- Supporting functional leads to ensure problem areas and stop gaps are addressed in a timely manner.The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience and training.- Commercial acumen- Supply Chain & Operations Experience/ Electronics Industry Knowledge and Background Preferred.- Ability to generate detailed customer proposal documents and inputs with mínimal supervision.- Flexibility to Travel and availability to work across Time Zones essential.- Ability to interface with disciplines of Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain and Manufacturing to ensure all project documentation requirements are met.What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.- Life & Medical insurance.- Christmas Bonus.- Food Coupons.- Saving Fund.LB17Job CategorySales - Marketing - Account Mgmt**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:.
