The Project Coordinator role is a key support position for the program management and regional customer business unit organizations. They are the right hand resource used by the customer business units Project and Program managers that is critical to ensure flawless execution and Aptiv PDP 2.0 process compliance. Their deep knowledge of the PDP 2.0 process and it’s linkage to all ASUX competency systems is essential for the enterprise success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and maintain project schedules, facilitate reviews, document and track action items, develop/ audit/ maintain project records as required
- Support metrics gathering and project reporting (e.g. flawless launch metrics, ISO, etc.)
- Follow global practices & processes that are inclusive and common between regions & sites
- Maintain project information in appropriate tools (e.g. PVE1) and customers databases
- Provides administrative support to PM/BU team and projects including with organizing the logistics for meetings, workshops, reports and other events
- Support PjM in establishing and maintaining common project folder and storage, documenting project configuration management

**Must Haves (Basic Qualifications)**:

- MS Project + MS Office
- Bachelors Degree
- English speaking and writing
- Planning and organization skills
- Evidence of efficient system interaction and management (Planview, JIRA, Sharepoint,.)

**Nice to Haves (Preferred Qualifications)**:

- APTIV PDP 2.0 experience (or similar Product Development Process experience)
- Planview experience
- Project Execution and Management experience
