**Descripción y Requisitos**

Reporting to the Manager, Manufacturing Projects, Logistics and Capacity, you will be part of a team of professionals coordinating strategic projects to ensure BRP maintains capacity, primarily in Mexico and the United States.
**YOUR MAIN FUNCTIONS**
- Implement large-scale projects, based on current and future BRP requirements
- Develop opportunity studies (Business Cases)
- Manage multiple budgets at the same time
- Identify and understand customer needs
- Coordinate tender specifications and development sketches with engineering and architectural firms
- Monitor projects and ensure their completion
- Manage all external resources required for capacity projects (Consulting Engineering professionals, Architectural, General Contractor and subcontractors, etc.)
- Analyze the risks of each project and prepare action plans to ensure that deliverables are on time and on budget
- Follow up with the client
Prepare and present various project progress report (PPT) presentations;
- Engage with local authorities to stay on top of trends and perspectives (governments, municipalities, specialized firms, etc.)
**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant project management experience
- Knowledge of the following software: Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Smartsheet
- Fluency in both spoken and written English
- Sense of organization and discipline
- Teamwork and leadership
- Analytical ability and big-picture mindset
- Excellent communication skills
**ASSETS**
- Be familiar with and use the principles of operational excellence (LEAN)
- Good general knowledge of plant construction, MEP and logistics
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- AutoCAD
