Come join our team at MAHLE #StrongerTogether- The SAP Cross Application Analyst will play an important role in ensuring smooth day to day support of the MAHLE’s SAP environment for Cross Application task and monitoring.- Your Role & Responsibilities:- SAP ERP monitoring.- Supporting for tools such as SAP ERP, SAP Solution Manager, Job Scheduling, authorization processing and system errors.- Resolving problems, incidents and analysis.- Documentation of errors, problems and solutions.- Evaluating (in the first instance) the impact of defects and problems.- Providing required data for use by those carrying out investigations.- Authorization role creation for new locations or organizational changes.Your Skills & Strengths:- Education in IT is preferred.- General SAP knowledge in the ERP modules especially in Cross Application.- SAP user management and authorization knowledge is beneficial.- SAP authorization knowledge in other products like SRM, Portal, GRC are beneficial but not a must.- Experience with working in SAP system 1-2 years.- Nice to have experience as a SAP Key User.- Good analytical and fast learning skills.- Fluent in English.- Strong IT system affinity.- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms.**Do you have any questions?**Facts about the job**Entry level**:- Experienced hires**Part- / Full-time**:- Full Time**Functional area**:- IT**Location**:Monterrey, MX**Company**:MAHLE Shared Services Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V.Your future at MAHLEAs a team player and someone who thinks ahead, you can deploy all your skills with us.
