**Scope of Work**:As a Break/Fix Network Engineer, you will be responsible for providing on-site support for a Shared location. Your primary focus will be on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining network devices, ensuring mínimal downtime and optimal performance. The role requires a proactive approach to handling network issues, with a strong emphasis on delivering high-quality service within the best possible Service Level Agreement (SLA).**Key Responsibilities**:- Provide on-site break/fix support for network issues at specified locations.- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Cisco network devices, including routers, switches, and access points (APs).- Update and maintain asset lists for each location.- Work closely with the network engineering team to ensure seamless support and issue resolution.- Respond promptly to service requests and ensure timely resolution of network issues.- Document all repair and maintenance activities accurately and comprehensively.- Communicate effectively with site contacts to confirm support capabilities and update the site list as needed.**Requirements**:- Proven experience in network engineering, with a focus on Cisco network devices.- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve network issues.- Familiarity with network protocols, routing, and switching.- Excellent communication skills to interact with site contacts and the network engineering team.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests simultaneously.- Willingness to travel regularly to various site locations.**Preferred Qualifications**:- Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP, etc.) are highly desirable.- Experience with network monitoring and management tools.- Knowledge of wireless networking and experience with Cisco APs.**Additional Information**:- Applicants are required to review the attached site list and confirm which sites they can support.- Applicants should provide their best possible SLA for each site they are able to support.**Application Process**:**Job Type**: ContractPay: $80.00 per hour**Location**:- Ciudad de México (required)Work Location: In person
