**Req ID**: We are currently seeking a Service Delivery Mgr - Cloud Services to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).**Requirements for this role include**:- A bachelor's degree in a business-related field.- Bilingual - Fluent in English and Spanish.- Experience in service delivery management, preferably in a technical or infrastructure-related role.- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Good understanding of infrastructure components such as networking, servers, storage, and virtualization.- Experience working with Cloud computing platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP) and related services.- Proven track record of identifying and resolving issues.- Critical thinking and creativity to develop innovative solutions for complex challenges.- Experience mitigating risks and ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget.- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.- Proven consensus-building skills in a remote role.- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams.- Experience collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to gather requirements and drive project success.- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.- Self-starter, energetic, flexible, innovative, and willing to get things done.- Proven experience managing complex service delivery engagements.- Willingness to stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.**Preferences**:- 10+ years relevant experience.- Deep domain experience with 5+ years of work experience in Services, cloud computing, or technical project delivery.- Enterprise work experience dealing with highly complex situations is strongly preferred.- Experience managing technical and executive-level relationships (IT Director, VP, and C-level).- PMP, ITIL, Agile, Azure, AWS and GCP certifications preferred.Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday (time zone to be determined).**About NTT DATA
