Retail - Order Fulfillment Consultant

We are hiring a **Retail - Order Fulfillment **Consultant** to be the Primary business consultant between Steelcase NA and retail channels as well as other eBusiness platforms.**What You Will Be Doing**:- Manages the assigned accounts through the order fulfillment process from receipt of order to final installation and has responsibility for customer complaint resolution.- Understands the Steelcase order fulfillment value stream, and optimizes supply chain, manufacturing, and delivery efficiencies, resulting in a phenomenal customer experience.- Project management. - Owns the decision making for OF processes when onboarding new businesses/Retailers- Proactively provide Operations Performance data to the WFH Category to collaborate to create actions and resolution of the problems.- Run regular and ad-hoc reporting as needed to provide business visibility.- Create process documentation and stand operating procedures as needed to meet channel development requirements.**Who You Are**:You are a consultant that understands the health and well-being of the customers through performance measures and plays the role of the customer advocate to quality and manufacturing management for awareness and drives process improvement**Minimum Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in Business and related fields- Advanced English level- +2 years of experience in a similar position or within the operations department- Experience working with an ERP**Preferred Qualification**- Self-motivated, self-directed, self-starter and willing to accept responsibility for results; committed to excellence: accuracy in work and attention to detail; Sets high goals and standards for self and others.- Ability to identify and implement remedial corrective action for order management problems or issues.- Excellent communicator, written and verbal and able to organize thoughts and information before sharing, solid negotiating ability.- Excellent organizational, multitasking and time management skills- Project management- Strong analytical and decision-making skills to provide sound solutions to complex business issues- Display the ability to adapt based on work conditions and management of various time sensitive tasks.**Wellbeing Means so Much More than Benefits**:**We value our employees' well-being at Steelcase and offer several resources to support their health, work, and personal needs.**- ** Employee Assistance Program**, which provides immediate and confidential help 24/7 for any problem related to health, work, or personal life.
