**Colón**:**Production Supervisor**: As a successful family-owned company on a path to global growth, the Brose Group offers challenging responsibilities and exciting career opportunities to performance-driven, skilled specialists with solid professional knowledge and proven career expertise who wish to contribute to our company’s success.**Your tasks**:- Support the recruiting department with participation in interviews for positions that require it.- Monitor and control production key performance indicators (cost, process, quality, delivery, 5s, scrap, production schedule tracking, employee attendance and satisfaction of employees)- Respond and find solutions to production problems, establish contact with others internal departments, guarantee non-interruption of customer deliveries.- Support and leadership in the area of continuous improvement for the production team.- Build effective teams, develop motivation and commitment and maintain morale.- Support the policies, procedures, standardized work, rules and regulations of the company as well as follow up on corrective actions following the process and the processes for documentation and reporting.**Your Profile**:- 2 years of experience- Industrial Engineer, Mechatronic Engineer- knowledge in SAP, Core Tools, Problem Solving**We offer you a modern working environment with our Brose working world**:- Brose offers a high-tech work environment and a wide range of benefits.
