The Coca-Cola Company seeks an experienced Director, Business Services - Security to safeguard our employees, facilities, assets, and information, ensuring the strategic security of the company. You will oversee managing business threat analysis, personal/electronic surveillance, security clearances, and partnering with key departments on investigations and risk mitigation. Join our team to play a pivotal role in maintaining Coca-Cola's secure and trustworthy environment.**What You'll Do For Us**- Lead the execution of security programs, including business continuity, risk mitigation, and high-order threat resolution support.- Oversee the protection of assets by implementing effective security measures and tactical response plans.- Provide expert security advice and training on information loss prevention, kidnapping avoidance, promotional integrity, and workplace violence.- Resolve critical security incidents by utilizing established security and law enforcement methodologies.- Liaise with domestic and international law enforcement agencies, embassies security, and private sector companies for immediate or future support.- Assess the asset protection needs of operating units through field data collection and personnel interviews.- Train and validate teams for Coca-Cola's Incident Management & Crisis Resolution system and support Code of Business Conduct investigations where relevant.**Requirements & Qualifications**- Bachelor's Degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience required.- 5+ years of related work experience in security management within a global business environment.- Well-established partnerships with law enforcement and international security organizations, with a proven record of strategic liaison building.- Ability to develop strategies against evolving threats, leveraging lessons learned to enhance system response capabilities.- Capable of delivering security advice and counsel to the global enterprise and liaising with senior country leaders.- Demonstrated ability to enforce policies tactfully, conduct investigative research, and generate incident-specific security assessments.**What We'll Do For You**- Leadership Role: Drive key security strategies that ensure Coca-Cola's safe operation on a global scale.- Impactful Work: Protect the company's assets and contribute to maintaining consumer and shareholder confidence.- Professional Growth: Evolve professionally through diverse, challenging security initiatives that have a real-world impact.- Collaborative Network: Collaborate with a global team of professionals and build relationships with key stakeholders.**Skills**Risk Mitigation Strategies; Strategic Collaborations; Cyber Threat Analysis; Security Program DevelopmentPay Range Not Available
