**Job Title**:Logistics Operations Assistant**Location**:Mérida, Yucatán, México**Work Arrangement**:On-siteJoin us at **GuideOn Group of Mérida (Mérida, Yucatán)** as a **Logistics Operations Assistant** to support our Operations team in USA through a mix of scheduling, outreach, and internal coordinationThis role is essential in keeping operations running smoothly, client relationships growing, and communication flowing across the organization.What You’ll Be Doing:- **Coordinate and maintain** calendars, meetings, and follow-up tasks across the team.- **Research leads and keep** our CRM and transportation management system updated.- **Track** onboarding progress and share relevant training resources with new hires.- **Route** RFPs, send contracts, and upload key documents into internal portals.What We’re Looking for:- Skilled in outreach and lead generation with solid follow-through.- Excellent written communication in **English** and **Spanish.**:- Able to support onboarding, sales, and internal communication workflows.- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive.Why Join Us?- Early schedule = free afternoons — **7 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Friday.**:- Starting salary of **$11,000.00 per month gross** (before taxes)- **All benefits by law** (IMSS, Infonavit, Aguinaldo, Prima Vacacional, etc.)- You’ll never be “just a number” — your voice matters here.**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: From $11,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- On a scale of 1 to 100, how would you rate your English proficiency?Work Location: In person
