**Job Title**:Logistics Operations Assistant

**Location**:Mérida, Yucatán, México
**Work Arrangement**:On-site

Join us at **GuideOn Group of Mérida (Mérida, Yucatán)** as a **Logistics Operations Assistant** to support our Operations team in USA through a mix of scheduling, outreach, and internal coordination

This role is essential in keeping operations running smoothly, client relationships growing, and communication flowing across the organization.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- **Coordinate and maintain** calendars, meetings, and follow-up tasks across the team.
- **Research leads and keep** our CRM and transportation management system updated.
- **Track** onboarding progress and share relevant training resources with new hires.
- **Route** RFPs, send contracts, and upload key documents into internal portals.

What We’re Looking for:

- Skilled in outreach and lead generation with solid follow-through.
- Excellent written communication in **English** and **Spanish.**:

- Able to support onboarding, sales, and internal communication workflows.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive.
