World Renowned Cellular Performance Institute Looking For Surgical Nurse.The Cellular Performance Institute, located in Playas de Tijuana, is looking for Surgical Nurses to assist surgeons and other medical professionals during surgical procedures and ensure the safety and well-being of patients throughout the surgical process.We are considered by many to be the world’s premiere facility for stem cell treatments and manufacturing. Our weekly stream of clientele include professional athletes from the UFC, NFL, MLB and more.**Requirements**:- Bachelor of Nursing with a specialization in Surgical Nursing (professional license is a must).- English language proficiency..- Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitalization as well as in the operating room area.**Responsibilities**:- Ensure operating room functions correctly both in medical and administrative terms.- Actively participate in patient care in coordination with the surgeon, assisting during surgical procedures.- Keep a surgical programming log.- Sterilize surgical materials and equipment.- Control the sterilization log of medical equipment and instruments.- Correctly fill out the surgery checklist.- Keep the operating room ready and organized.- Evaluate and detail patient data before each procedure.- Maintain the stock of medical supplies required for surgical procedures in coordination with the pharmacy and warehouse manager.- Comply with Mexican Official Standards (NOM) and patient safety within the operating room.- Perform preventive maintenance on surgical instruments.**We offer**:- Monthly bonus $400USD- Sign-on bonus $300USD- Seniority bonus- 5 day work week- Direct contract- All benefits by law- IMSS, Infonavit, Fonacot- Food vouchers- Free uniforms- Free emotional support sessions.- Medical Consultations.- Free laboratory studies, radiology and imaging.**Schedule**:- Morning shift 8am-4pm- Afternoon shift 2pm-9:30pm**Salary**:- $24,361.20 gross monthly**ABOUT US**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: A partir de $24,361.20 al mesBeneficios:- Uniformes gratuitos- Vales de despensaPago complementario:- Bono de asistencia- Bono de permanencia- Bono de puntualidadPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Resides en Tijuana?Idioma:- Inglés (Deseable)Licencia/Certificación:- título y cédula como licenciado en enfermería (Deseable)- Diplomado en Quirúrgica (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
