Summary of the positionTrilingual position: English, French or Italian and SpanishItanlian // French communication skills B2 (Upper Intermediate) minimum requirement- Key Responsibilities:_Provide IT support (via phone and chat) to one of Insight’s clients.Perform troubleshooting Office issues, unlock accounts in the Active Directory, reset passwords, etc.Document calls with high quality and detail. Also follow up and solve tickets assigned.Manage the knowledge base for Provision (create articles, remove them, review existing ones, etc.)Qualifications:- Experience as L1 Help Desk- Professional studies related to IT Field is desirable.- Exchange servers, Office 365, windows 10-11, Office 2013, TS Browsers, TS hardware.- English and French communication skills B2 (Upper Intermediate) minimum requirement.- Excellent grammar and spelling and communication skills.**Salary**: $1,200.00 - $1,800.00 per monthIdioma:- Inglés (Deseable)- Frances (Deseable)- Italiano (Deseable)Work Location: Remote
