Are you passionate about Supply Chain process and ready to drive impactful decisions? Join our operative area as a Team Leader. You will be be responsible for ensure safe and efficient compliance with the production plan per shift while reaching the four key metrics of EHS, QFS, cost and service through a proper coordination with their team members of the assigned line and efficient communication with the maintenance resources. This role is located in Toluca.A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing**Detail oriented**: Ensures compliance with the production plan of the corresponding shift. Leads daily revision meetings per shift to review the team performance indicators (DDS1) and updates the indicators board of the corresponding platform.**Organizational and Responsible**: Identifies key indicator trends and triggers communication up the chain as well as analysis to solve issues, Coordinates root cause analysis and implements the actions along with the resource and maintenance technician on shift and Reports work-related information from the personnel to the line leader (absences, conflicts, special needs).**Strategy Mindset**: Responsible for monitoring the compliance with the operation, safety and quality standards also comply with everything related to quality and food safety policies and procedures.We’re Looking for Someone WithEffective communication, initiative, committed, collaborative, focused on results and proactiveOffice (Excel, word and Power Point).Production process, indicators, decision making, tools for continuous improvement.Manufacturing related bachelor's degree with certificate completed.Get to Know UsAt Kellanova, we are driven by our vision to be the world’s best-performing snacks-led powerhouse, unleashing the full potential of our differentiated brands and our passionate people.
