Trabajando con nuestra cultura constructiva, desarrollarás tu autonomía, maestría y propósito a través del liderazgo y el coaching altamente eficiente del equipo de liderazgo de Marqués Sur.Tus responsabilidades clave- Participación/coordinación de eventos Lean- KPIs de producción- Seguimiento de SOP- Desarrollo y capacitación de TMs- Administración de personal- Liderazgo, comunicación y trabajo con el equipo y el soporte del VS**Requisitos**:- Ingenieria o licenciatura afín a la manufactura/industria- Inglés 70% (demostrable)- Conocimiento de MS Office, Teams, Outlook- Manejo de Macpac- Al menos 12 meses en la posición actual- Últimos 6 meses sin faltas injustificadas- Watlow Way y Enriching Lives cursados (se pedirá comprobante)Habilidades Deseables- Disciplina- Responsabilidad- Sentido de urgencia**Consideraciones importantes**:- Recuerda que solo puedes participar en un proceso de vacante interna a la vez.- Se debe cumplir obligatoriamente con una conversación previa entre interesado y líder directo.COVID & SeguridadWatlow está comprometido con brindar un ambiente seguro y limpio para laborar para todos los actuales y futuros miembros del equipo.
