We aim to foster a diverse global economy by building a generational platform that seamlessly connects companies with talent worldwide.After our successful Series D in 2021, we raised another $50M last year, doubling our valuation to $12B.There’s never been a more exciting time to join Deel — the market leader in international payroll and compliance.**What you’ll do at Deel**:- Responsible for implementation of multiple payroll or portal projects- Supports client report customization and set up- Responsible for managing an assigned team or project deliverables- Follows Deel Global Payroll Project Implementation Methodology & Best Practices- Requires interfacing with clients to conduct and analyze Requirements and Processes during Business Process Review Workshops- Identify process gaps and solution the design- Document business requirements, as well as workflows and interface data flows- Maintain and update Project Documentation including Business Process- Review, Project Status Report, Project Schedules, and Change Requests- Configures Deel Global Payroll system according to clients’ requirements- Manages and conducts data conversions, data validations and system Testing- Conducts parallel runs for 100% accuracy before go-live- Adhere closely to project deliverables and timelines to ensure delivery within schedule and quality- Provide presentations and training sessions to clients- Supports client and operations during initial live period(s) and transition to the operations department- Supports Director as and when required with ad hoc- reporting and tasks.**Some key qualifications**:- 4 years of experience in multi-country payroll and/or HRIS systems implementation- Demonstrated analytical problem solving and solution design skills- Experience in design flow and processing documentation- Experience in handling multiple projects of varied technology- Ability to work with minimum supervision, and high degree of accuracy and keen eye for detail- Ability to multi-task and handle concurrent multiple projects within tight deadlines- A team-player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills**Bonus points if you**:- Have experience working with clients and team members from multiple countries and across multiple time zones- Have experience working on a remote team- Have experience working at a high growth startup or scale-up- Payroll/HCM Implementation Experience- Have Fintech or HR tech experience- Are multilingual**Total Rewards**Our workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are.
