This role is not about tracking tasks. It is about capacity management, prioritization, follow-up, and systems. If projects slip, tasks are forgotten, or the team is overloaded without visibility, this role is failing. Core Responsibilities Project Execution and Reliability Ensure projects are delivered on or before deadlines Follow up with team members as many times as necessary to unblock work Escalate issues early when timelines or quality are at risk Ensure no tasks are forgotten or missed Translate ideas and goals into organized execution systems, including project briefs, communication flows, and meeting structures Prepare agendas, briefs, and documentation for meetings, often without being asked Capacity Management and Systems Optimization Continuously assess team capacity and workload Identify when team members are overloaded or underutilized Rebalance work across the team when priorities conflict Own and optimize project management platforms such as ClickUp, Asana, or similar tools Build and improve systems for: Client onboarding Team onboarding Hiring workflows SOPs Recurring operational processes Creative production pipeline KPIs (How Performance Is Measured) Primary KPIs (Direct Control): One-time task completion time Percentage of projects finished before deadline Number of recurring tasks forgotten or not completed KPIs are reviewed monthly and directly impact bonuses and role continuation.
