How We Think at The Lead Gen Partners Performance matters more than appearances Data beats opinions Speed and clarity are valued over perfection Everyone is accountable for outcomes Ideas are challenged openly Mistakes are owned quickly Results determine trust, responsibility, and compensation Role Overview: Project Manager The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring work gets done on time, with zero dropped balls, while optimizing how the team operates. This role is not about tracking tasks. It is about capacity management, prioritization, follow-up, and systems. If projects slip, tasks are forgotten, or the team is overloaded without visibility, this role is failing. Core Responsibilities Project Execution and Reliability Ensure projects are delivered on or before deadlines Follow up with team members as many times as necessary to unblock work Escalate issues early when timelines or quality are at risk Ensure no tasks are forgotten or missed Translate ideas and goals into organized execution systems, including project briefs, communication flows, and meeting structures Prepare agendas, briefs, and documentation for meetings, often without being asked Capacity Management and Systems Optimization Continuously assess team capacity and workload Identify when team members are overloaded or underutilized Rebalance work across the team when priorities conflict Own and optimize project management platforms such as ClickUp, Asana, or similar tools Build and improve systems for: Client onboarding Team onboarding Hiring workflows SOPs Recurring operational processes Creative production pipeline KPIs (How Performance Is Measured) Primary KPIs (Direct Control): One-time task completion time Percentage of projects finished before deadline Number of recurring tasks forgotten or not completed KPIs are reviewed monthly and directly impact bonuses and role continuation. Expectations Extreme ownership Proactive follow-up and escalation Clear prioritization when everything feels urgent Strong understanding of team capacity and throughput Ability to say no or renegotiate scope when needed Think in systems, not one-off fixes Continuous process improvement Extreme organization and cleanliness Get-it-done mentality Resourcefulness Qualifications Proven experience managing projects in fast-paced environments Strong experience with ClickUp, Asana, or similar tools Experience building and optimizing workflows and automations Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and priorities Clear communicator who follows through Examples of systems or processes you have built or improved are required Compensation and Growth Competitive base compensation (1k-2k/month) Performance-based bonuses tied to results Clear growth path based on performance, not tenure How We Work Fully remote Async-first communication Tools include Slack, Asana, Google Drive, and GoHighLevel Direct feedback with no politics This Role Is Not for You If You dislike being measured by results You prefer branding over performance You avoid data You need constant direction TLGP rewards operators who think clearly, act decisively, and deliver results.
