Tu papel como SDR Senior Como nuestro/a nuevo/a SDR Senior, tu misión será ser la punta de lanza de nuestra estrategia comercial, generando oportunidades de alto valor y abriendo conversaciones con tomadores de decisión clave. No solo realizarás prospección; serás el responsable de alimentar al equipo de revenue con leads estratégicos perfectamente alineados a nuestro perfil de cliente ideal, asegurando que cada contacto inicial se convierta en una relación de confianza a largo plazo. Lo que te hará brillar en este rol Experiencia Sólida: Al menos 2 años comprobables como SDR o en ventas B2B, preferentemente en el sector SaaS o tecnología. INDISPENSABLE: Experiencia en áreas de Tecnologías de la Información/Venta de intangibles. Formación Académica: Licenciatura concluida en Administración, Negocios, Mercadotecnia, Comunicación o afín. Perfil Ejecutivo: Excelente comunicación (verbal y escrita) y total comodidad conversando con perfiles de alto nivel como CEO, CFO y CHRO. Dominio de Herramientas: Manejo eficiente de CRMs como Zoho, HubSpot o Salesforce. Mindset de Ventas: Disciplina en prospección (outbound/inbound), pensamiento analítico para calificar negocios y una escucha activa excepcional. Oferta de Compensación y Beneficios Compensación: Sueldo competitivo de $25,000 brutos mensuales, acorde a tu experiencia, más un esquema de bonos. Beneficios: Prestaciones superiores a la ley.
