Do you enjoy leading impactful technology projects? Join our Technology Business Solutions (TBS) team as a Project Delivery LeadIn this role, you’ll ensure the successful execution of IT projects alongside our BRMs and delivery managers, managing scope, budget, and timelines under the Value Delivery Framework.You’ll also keep stakeholders informed, coordinate external project managers, and translate business needs into actionable IT solutions.A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing**Project Planning and Execution**: Supports the regional IT Delivery Manager in planning, executing, and documenting projects.**End-to-End Project Management**: Ensures projects meet defined scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards.**Third-Party Coordination**: Oversees and aligns external vendors and project managers for effective delivery.**Business Needs Translation**: Converts business requirements into clear, actionable IT and ERP solutions.**Monitoring and Continuous Improvement**: Audits and adjusts project processes, recommending improvements as needed.**Value Delivery Tracking**: Supports reporting and monitoring of value generated through the IT Value Delivery Framework.**Resource and Budget Management**: Manages project budgets, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.We’re Looking for Someone With- Education: Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.**Experience**: 7-10 years in IT and business project roles.**Leadership**: Experience managing teams and stakeholders.**Project Skills**: Strong in PM tools, methods, and delivery.**Certifications**: PMP, CAPM, Scrum (preferred).**Language**: Advanced English (spoken and written).**Soft Skills**: Organized, analytical, and collaborative.What’s NextIf you join our team, you’ll be rewarded for the difference you make.
