Descripción The main responsibilities are: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in Latin America. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. Lead and manage the sales team to achieve regional targets. Monitor market trends and provide insights to improve competitiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations. Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management. Ensure compliance with regional regulations and company policies. Represent the company at industry events and trade shows. Perfil buscado A successful Sales Director for Latin America should have: A proven track record in sales within compressed air industry Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Familiarity with the Latin American market and its dynamics. Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus. A degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
