Head of Sales — LATAM

We're looking for a Head of Sales to own and build our LatAm market from the ground up. You're joining an early-stage disruptor leading the massive inflection to stablecoin and on-chain banking in an exciting growth region. This isn't a traditional sales management role—you'll be our first dedicated sales leader in the region, which means you'll wear every hat from hunter to closer to strategist. You'll own the entire sales motion: identifying opportunities, building pipelines, running discovery calls, delivering compelling demos, negotiating deals, and ensuring smooth handoffs to onboarding—and then scaling a team accordingly. You'll have the autonomy to define our go-to-market strategy for LATAM while working directly with leadership to shape how Limited serves this critical market. What You'll Own Full-Cycle Sales Execution • Own the complete sales cycle from first contact to signed customer • Conduct prospecting and lead generation across LatAm markets • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities • Run discovery calls to understand customer needs and pain points • Deliver product demos that connect our solution to real business problems • Navigate negotiations and close deals with conviction • Ensure seamless handoffs to onboarding teams with complete context Market Development & Strategy • Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for LATAM • Identify key customer segments and ideal customer profiles for the region • Build market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and local dynamics • Adapt messaging and positioning to resonate with LatAm audiences • Test and iterate on outreach approaches to find what works Pipeline & Revenue Management • Build and maintain accurate sales forecasts • Track metrics that matter: pipeline velocity, conversion rates, deal size, sales cycle length • Set and achieve ambitious revenue targets • Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and optimize continuously • Report on progress, insights, and opportunities to leadership Relationship Building • Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and influencers • Represent Limited at regional events, conferences, and networking opportunities • Build partnerships that accelerate market entry and credibility • Serve as the voice of LatAm customers internally, informing product and strategy What Success Looks Like By the end of Year 1, you'll have established market presence, signed your first enterprise customers, and proven the business model for regional expansion: • Consistent pipeline growth with healthy coverage ratios • Revenue targets met or exceeded quarter over quarter • Short sales cycles driven by deep customer understanding and crisp positioning • High customer satisfaction scores at handoff—deals are set up for long-term success • Clear insights about the LatAm market that inform company strategy • You've built the playbook that enables future sales team expansion - Who You Are - Sales Hunter • You love the thrill of the chase and closing deals energizes you • Comfortable with ambiguity and building processes as you go • Self-motivated with a track record of exceeding quotas • You don't wait for leads to come to you—you create opportunities Fintech Fluent • Deep understanding of fintech products, especially payments, banking, or remittances • You speak the language of CFOs, finance teams, and business owners • Comfortable discussing complex financial products and regulatory considerations • You understand the unique challenges and opportunities in emerging markets LatAm Expert • Strong knowledge of LatAm business culture, payment behaviors, and market dynamics • Understanding of regional economic challenges like inflation, currency volatility, and cross-border friction • Network of contacts or experience selling in multiple LatAm countries • Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese is a strong plus—you can connect authentically with customers in their language Customer-Centric • You listen more than you talk and ask questions that uncover real needs • Consultative approach—you're solving problems, not just pushing product • You care about customer success beyond the signature • Build trust quickly and maintain long-term relationships Data-Driven Closer • You know your numbers cold: conversion rates, pipeline health, average deal size • Use data to optimize your approach and forecast accurately • Disciplined about CRM hygiene and documentation • Balance intuition with metrics to make decisions -
