A Fender is more than an instrument; it's a cultural symbol that resonates globally.**About the job**:- Manage a team of junior quality assurance engineers that support our testing and quality strategies- Analyzing and understanding functional and non-functional requirements to create test cases/strategies for future product releases.- Meet with analyst teams to determine prioritization of work and key deliverables- Managing test data for all scenarios- Work with development team to design, build, and support our Rest APIs, Lambdas and Data Loaders- Support initiatives to increase and improve automation test strategies- Working closely with the development team to write manual and automated test cases and execute them as part of a deployment process for continuous integration.- Working closely with the development team for defect management, validation, and replication until closure.- Keep regression test suites up to date after every release to Production including automation script management.- Ability to generate tracking and defect management reports.**What you need**- Bachelor's degree in related field- 3+ years of QA Engineer experience- Experience leading teams, desirable but not a must- Prior experience working/using REST APIs services, Redis and AWS Dynamo DB,- B2B eCommerce experience, desirable but not a must.- Experience with quality assurance and testing processes.- Must have experience writing manual and automated test cases.- Knowledgeable of QA procedures, principles, and tools.- Strong analytical and trouble-shooting skills.- Knowledgeable of the development cycle - from requirements through post-release, specifically following an Agile/Scrum methodology.- Able to work independently and in a team environment.- Basic experience of QA automation (scripts creation, using test data, automated execution)- Writing Test Cases by reading requirements.- Experience with hands-on functional and non-functional testing- Report, research, validate, and track complex defects.- Track software defects to closure.- Knowledge in writing automated test scripts.**About Fender Musical Instruments**:
