**Brand Coordinator TENA**:Consumer and results oriented Brand Coordinator for TENA that will support the implementation of the marketing strategy for a well-known FMCG brand in Mexico to meet established sales, market share, and profit targets.**About the Role**:**What You Will Do**:- Collect, compile, verify, and analyze data on market trends, consumer behavior, competitor activity, product performance, and customer feedback to identify market opportunities and necessary product changes.- Maintain records of sell-in and sell-out against objectives to identify areas for sales performance improvement.- Participate in the elaboration of the Marketing Plan of the brand and implement the strategies for the segment of responsibility.- Contribute to the development, execution, and evaluation of brand strategies, manage brand-related projects, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute marketing initiatives.**Who You Are**:- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related.- At least 2 years of prior experience as brand assistant or marketing projects.- Remarkable analytical and creative skills.- Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.- Communication skills.Advanced English is mandatory.We're looking for people who embody our values, aren't afraid to challenge, innovate, experiment, and move at a fast pace.
