We have offshore team-building experience and aim to help businesses leverage global talent.**About This Role**:We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Site Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. This full-time role focuses on maintaining and updating our client’s website content, ensuring seamless operation across various platforms. You will support with blog post uploads, product page updates, and content merchandising to ensure an optimal user experience.**Key Responsibilities**:- Upload and format blog posts in the CMS- Update product detail pages (PDPs) in Shopify and Sanity- Merchandise product collections and landing pages- Assist with setting up new products in Shopify- Execute site content updates based on brand or marketing briefs- Perform QA checks across updated pages to ensure accuracy and consistency- Provide support for occasional bulk content or product updates**Software/Platforms/Tools**:- Shopify- Sanity CMS or similar headless CMS tools- Google Workspace- Airtable or other project management tools**Qualifications**:- 3-5 years of freelancing experience- Strong experience with Shopify- Experience working in a CMS, ideally Sanity or similar headless CMS tools- Solid understanding of eCommerce merchandising best practices- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow process documentation- Comfortable working independently with weekly task assignments- Excellent communication skills in English (C1/C2 levels)- Ability to work during at least 2-4 hours of U.S. business hours per day (preferred)**Shift Schedule**:- Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm US CST
