Afiniti Enterprise Behavioral Pairing uses artificial intelligence to identify subtle and valuable patterns of human interaction in order to pair individuals on the basis of behavior, leading to more successful interactions and measurable increases in enterprise profitability.**PURPOSE**The Head of Client Services will oversee the effective management of all business activities in the Mexican & Colombian market, as well as the management of the internal teams that assist in this effort. The central goal of the General manager will be to expand the client base and drive revenue growth.**KEY RESPONSIBILTIES**- Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business by both the acquisition of new clients and the expansion of the scope of our operations with existing clientele- Provide direct management of key functional managers and personnel- Ensure the strategic pursuit of targeted goals and objectives- Ensure the overall delivery and quality of Afiniti services to customers- Engage in key or targeted customer activities such as events, offsites, and workshops.- Oversee key hiring and talent development- Evaluate and decide upon key investments in equipment, infrastructure, and talent- Communicate strategy and drive results from the wider in-market team- Report key results to corporate officers- Engage with corporate officers in broader organizational strategic planning**YOU WILL HAVE**- Minimum 5 - 7 years’ experience in sales or commercial, preferably with 3 years in a senior leadership position- Self-driven, results-oriented with a proven track record in sales and leadership- Excellent negotiator with strong networking skills- Strong communication and team management skills- Ability to travel as needed- Familiarity with the commercial framework of contact centers highly desirable- Strong knowledge of standard procurement practices in large corporations highly desirable, preferably with previous experience selling into large organizations**EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS**- Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred- MBA is desirable**SALARY & PACKAGE**As well as a competitive base salary dependent on the number of years of experience, we also offer generous stock options, an annual discretionary bonus plus Corporate benefits.- Based on the role and function at Afiniti, you may have the opportunity to work remotely_- If your role allows you to work remotely, you will have opportunities to travel to an Afiniti office for key moments throughout the year, but the amount of expected travel will depend on your role and team.
