**Responsabilidades Clave**- Desarrollar y expandir la red de agentes y agencias mediante la prospección y vinculación de nuevos socios.- Identificar y generar oportunidades de venta directa con compañías de transporte.- Representar a la empresa en visitas de campo con agentes, agencias y clientes.- Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas, ofreciendo apoyo y asesoría cuando sea necesario.- Presentar reportes de actividades que cubran prospección, ventas y esfuerzos en campo.**Requisitos**- Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Marketing, Comunicación, Relaciones Públicas o áreas afines.- 1 a 2 años en desarrollo de negocios, relaciones públicas o **ventas B2B**.- Dominio avanzado de inglés de negocios.- Sólidas habilidades en Microsoft Office.- Disposición para viajar y asistir a eventos de la industria.- Visa estadounidense requerida; SENTRI deseable.**Habilidades Deseables**- Experiência en seguros, transporte o servicios financieros.- **Técnicas de ventas y negociación.**:- Herramientas CRM y de comunicación digital.- **Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y negociación.**:- Proactivo, orientado a resultados y organizado.- Capacidad para gestionar múltiples prioridades.**Lo Que Ofrecemos**- Contrato permanente de tiempo completo.- Horario de lunes a viernes.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $20,000.00 - $30,000.00 al mesIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
