As a Product Designer, you will play an important role in ensuring that all projects follow a high-quality user-centric design process, by voicing user's needs, and striving to create experiences that are consistent, uniform, intuitive and delightful. This role is in charge of identifying and driving product initiatives forward.**Responsibilities**:Understand market research to determine gaps in the market, trends, and best practices for design.- Develop and communicate research insights into feasible ideas and designs that will satisfy consumers and meet business goals.- Clearly outline specifications for the development team and stakeholders.- Manage expectations between multiple stakeholders, competing deadlines, and many moving parts- Define and manage strategic initiatives that improve product team efficiency and impact- Facilitate meetings to drive progress against goals and objectives, and establish clear next steps and owners while resolving blocks that impede progress- Proactively assess risk, raise flags, and resolve issues before they become problems for the larger teams- Support the management team with effective team communication, proactive problem solving, information distribution**Qualifications**:- Experience and passion for user-centered design- Expert knowledge on Design Thinking framework- Expert knowledge of Sketch and Invision.
