If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you- Position: Customer Support Specialist- Location: Hermosillo, Sonora- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm- Competitive Pay: Earn up to $4,300 weekly**About the Role**:As a Customer Support Specialist for our program, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and issues related to RMA and e-commerce. You will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns.**Responsibilities**:- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to RMA and e-commerce.- Utilize Zendesk and other relevant tools to manage and track customer tickets.- Work independently to handle a variety of customer cases, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.- Collaborate with team members to address complex issues and escalate when necessary.**Qualifications**:- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.- Experience working in a customer support or similar role preferred.- Familiarity with Zendesk or similar CRM platforms is a plus.- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.**Benefits**:- Competitive salary- Opportunities for career growth and advancement**How to Apply**:If you are ready to join a dynamic team and make a difference in the lives of our customers, please submit your resume.
