We also provide leading brands with a high-touch platform to connect great products with the right buyers.As we continue to grow, we're seeking a skilled Operations Associate to join our Category Management team.At Curated, the Category Management team is responsible for the health of each business vertical. The team oversees the development and evolution of every category in which we operate (Winter Sports, Golf, Cycling, etc.), including financial health (P&L) and vendor management. They also collaborate closely with internal teams to inform inventory planning, merchandising, expert growth strategy, marketing campaigns, the Curated product, and beyond.In this role, you will proactively manage relationships with our vendors and internal partners. You'll onboard new vendors, problem-solve across multiple functions, define vendor success metrics, and more.**What you'll do**:- Identify, prioritize, track, and resolve category issues across Merchandising, Inventory Operations, Fulfillment, Finance, and other internal teams- Manage vendor partner operations - getting merchandising information from the vendor, triaging issues, and ensuring everyone has the information needed for a successful partnership.- Define success metrics for vendor performance alongside Category Management (and other teams) and track performance- Create status reports on issue resolution and timing- Prioritize work and drive alignment between Category Management and partner teams**About you**:- 1-3 years professional experience with project management and coordination across multiple functions- Analytical and project tracking skills with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel)- Proactive communication skills and full English language proficiency- Excellent organizational skills and comfortable in a fast-paced environment- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field**Nice to have**:- Experience with Tableau, Looker, or other data visualization tools- Experience with Retail, E-Commerce, or other industries with physical inventory- Familiarity with Jira or other project management tools
