We are looking for a Regional Solution Lead to spearhead the go-to-market strategy and business growth for our Body-Worn Camera (BWC) + Evidence Management System (EMS) product line across Latin America. This role will focus on expanding our integrated hardware and software solutions within key public safety sectors, including federal and state police, traffic authorities, correctional institutions, and municipal governments. Requirements We're seeking professionals with strong familiarity in public safety technology, government projects, and vendor ecosystems in LATAM. Preferred experience includes Bodycam / VMS Product Manager Public Safety Sales Engineer – government project experience CCTV / VMS engineers with government project experience AI video analytics specialists Smart city / public safety consultants Government professionals managing bodycam or evidence systems Key Skills & Competencies Market Intelligence: Understand LATAM public safety trends and customer needs. Ecosystem Navigation : Familiarity with vendor‑integrator‑government dynamics. Value Communication : Ability to translate technical features into clear benefits.
