Your mission is to design, implement, and maintain analytical solutions that turn raw data into actionable insights, optimizing the user experience, platform growth, and courier efficiency.Role Responsibilities:**Key Responsibilities**:- **Corporate Dashboard Development & Maintenance**- Create and update dashboards with key metrics to drive effective improvements in the Business Development area.- Define responsive layouts, dynamic filters, and interactive components for Operations and Strategy users.- **Analysis Project**- Analyze and monitor critical metrics through advanced visualizations (bar charts, trend lines, street-level heat maps).- Produce weekly and monthly reports that highlight improvement opportunities for the team.- **Data Extraction, Cleaning & Modeling**- Connect to and merge data sources (SQL Server and CSV) using Python/Pandas, Power Query, and DataE.- Standardize formats, remove duplicates, and create calculated variables (month, week, zone) for consistent analysis.- **Validation & Quality Assurance**- Conduct consistency tests by comparing KPIs against historical data, identifying and correcting discrepancies before each report.- **Pipeline Automation**- Design automated daily ingestion processes to ensure dashboards and reports are always up to date, minimizing manual intervention.**Insight Communication**Role Qualifications:**Strategic Vision and Execution**- Demonstrate a competitive spirit and determination to meet and exceed targets.- Develop a robust understanding of our business, its key performance indicators (KPIs), and strategically align sales efforts with our business objectives.- Utilize strategic thinking to meticulously track and analyze data, set clear goals, and identify actionable steps to achieve desired outcomes.- Implement operational efficiencies by establishing goals, processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), tools, and performance evaluations.**Soft Skills**- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.- Integrity: Uphold ethical and legal standards without compromise.- Resilience: Demonstrate perseverance in the face of challenges.- Evolving: Stay current with industry trends and continuously improve your skill set.- Collaboration: Work cohesively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.- Hunger to Win: Demonstrate drive to succeed and outperform expectations.- Hands-on approach and attention to detail.**Qualifications**:- Studying Maths, Econonomy, Business Inteligence, Data Science or Actuary.- Proficiency in both English and Spanish.- Strategic and Data-Driven thinking.
