We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence, professionalism, and compassionate client care.**Key Responsibilities**:- Collect and organize documents including sensitive personal information- Perform filing, faxing, scanning, copying, and data entry projects- Conduct legal research to support case preparation, like medical records, police reports and relevant files for the case.- General administrative duties as required to meet business needs**Qualifications**:- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in legal studies or a related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.- Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or in a similar role, preferably within personal injury law.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.- Ability to perform repetitive tasks quickly and accurately- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus**Why Join Sweet James**:- Opportunities for professional growth and development.- Collaborative and supportive work environment.- Chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.Pay: $330.00 - $371.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per week**Experience**:- Personal Injury: 1 year (required)**Language**:- English (required)License/Certification:- Bar License (required)**Location**:- Ciudad de México (required)Work Location: In personExpected Start Date: 23/01/2025
