**Descripción del puesto**:Nuestro cliente, una empresa internacional en expansión, está en búsqueda de un(a) **General Ledger Accountant** para fortalecer su equipo contable. Esta persona será responsable de mantener registros financieros precisos, realizar conciliaciones contables, apoyar los cierres mensuales/anuales y asegurar el cumplimiento con los estándares financieros aplicables, incluyendo las Normas de Información Financiera (NIF).**Responsabilidades principales**:- Registrar y mantener actualizada la información del libro mayor.- Preparar y revisar pólizas contables (acumulaciones, reclasificaciones, diferidos, correcciones).- Realizar cierres contables mensuales, trimestrales y anuales.- Conciliar cuentas de balance, incluidos activos fijos, gastos pagados por anticipado y cuentas intercompañía.- Analizar variaciones contables y resolver discrepancias.- Preparar documentación de soporte para reportes financieros y auditorías.- Coordinarse con los equipos de cuentas por pagar, por cobrar, nómina y otros departamentos financieros.- Cumplir con los controles internos, políticas contables y regulaciones fiscales locales.- Apoyar auditorías internas y externas.- Proveer datos para presupuestos, pronósticos y reportes fiscales.- Sugerir mejoras en procesos contables.**Requisitos del perfil**:- Licenciatura en Contaduría, Finanzas o área afín.- Mínimo 5 años de experiência en contabilidad general.- Conocimiento de NIF y procesos de cierre contable.- Nível de inglés avanzado (comunicación verbal y escrita).- Excel avanzado (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas, análisis de datos).- Atención al detalle, proactividad y pensamiento analítico.- Capacidad de trabajo tanto independiente como colaborativo.**¿Qué ofrecemos?**- Colaboración con una empresa internacional en crecimiento.- Ambiente profesional con enfoque en mejora continua.- Oportunidades de desarrollo en procesos financieros complejos.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horasIdioma:- Inglés (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
