Look no further - Kyndryl is seeking a Resilience Specialist to join our team of talented Technical Specialists.**Key Responsabilities**- Design, implement, and maintain operational and cyber resilience programs aligned with international standards (e.g., ISO 22301, NIST, FFIEC).- Coordinate business continuity plans (BCP), disaster recovery plans (DRP), and incident response (IR) strategies.- Conduct business impact analyses (BIA) and assess critical risks for systems, processes, and third-party providers.- Actively participate in crisis simulations, recovery tests, and tabletop exercises.- Collaborate with IT, security, compliance, and operations teams to ensure systemic resilience and minimize downtime.- Document and update crisis, recovery, communication, and escalation procedures.- Monitor resilience KPIs and metrics, proposing continuous improvements to the overall program.**Desired profile**- Passionate about cybersecurity and protecting digital assets.- Interested in working with cutting-edge technology and being part of a dynamic team.- Motivated to contribute to the organization’s knowledge of cyber threats and best practices.- Eager to make a significant impact in the field of cybersecurity.- Looking for a challenging role with opportunities for innovation and growth.**Your Future at Kyndryl**Every position at Kyndryl offers a way forward to grow your career. If you thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy solving complex challenges, we’d love to hear from you.**Required Skills and Experience**- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, Cybersecurity, or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational resilience, business continuity, or crisis management.- Practical knowledge of frameworks such as ISO 22301, NIST SP 800-34, COBIT, and ITIL.- Familiarity with risk analysis, business impact analysis (BIA), disaster recovery planning (DRP), and cybersecurity.- Preferred certifications: CBCP (DRI), ISO 22301 Lead Implementer, CISA, or CRISC.**Being You****Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are.
