**Project** Description**:Large US based investment fund is looking for a support engineer having strong Unix administration skills and development experience.**Responsibilities**:Your responsibilities will include:Supporting financial data usersAddressing users' concerns and queries about data availability, accessing, quality, etc.Multitasking and delivery in a fast pace environmentMaintaining our production softwareEngineering improvements to our data platform**Skills**:Must haveStrong experience with the Unix platform and toolset including bash, git, regex, etc.Good problem solving abilities and the ability to learn quicklyExcellent English communication: Oral and WritingCompetency in the languages Python or Perl or C++ (small in each is also fine), and SQLUnderstanding of computer science fundamentals such as data structures and algorithmic complexityNice to haveExperience in the financial services industry and/or data science**Languages**:English: C2 Proficient**Seniority**:Senior**Relocation package**:If needed, we can help you with relocation process.Vacancy SpecializationTechnical Support (SL3)Ref NumberVR-92781
