**Spanish Advanced AI Trainer Software Development (FrontEnd Developers)**As part of our AI Training team, you'll collaborate with cutting-edge models, teaching them to reason, accurately interpret context, and recover from "breaks." Your feedback will directly shape safer, more reliable AI used in healthcare, scientific research, and beyond.at they eat. They're only as good as the rules they know and the data they're trained on. We're the team that helps model these behaviors.**What You'll Do**:- **Train & Validate**:- Engage in real-time "conversations" with AI to label fact vs. context vs. behavioral patterns.- Assess output for both factual accuracy and correct interpretation.- **Stress-Test Models**:- Deliberately "break" the AI, document failure modes, and propose fixes to our training workflows.- **Iterate & Improve**:- Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to refine prompts, evaluation criteria, and recovery strategies.- Track performance metrics and share insights in weekly reviews.**The Person**You're the sort of person who is exceptional at listening and reading for ground-level facts and intended meaning, and you can explain the inferences you made to link the two. Basically, you've got the metacognitive awareness to "show your work."**Who You Are**:- **Language Pro**: Native-level **Spanish** **(C2)** is required.- JavaScript (ES6+) & TypeScript- Angular (or similar frameworks)- HTML5 & CSS3 (and preprocessors like SASS/LESS)- **Analytical & Inquisitive**: You read between the lines—spotting subtle cues, inferring intent, and clearly "showing your work."- **Adaptable & Collaborative**: Comfortable in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment; you embrace feedback and share ideas openly.**Nice to Have**:- Familiarity with other front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Svelte)- Prior experience with AI/chatbot testing or prompt engineering- Exposure to code-challenge platforms (HackerRank, CodeSignal)- Teaching experience strongly preferred**Compensation & Benefits**:- **Pay Range**: $11-$25 / hour (depending on experience)- **Location**: Remote, work from anywhere—ideally overlapping EST or PST working hours- **Schedule**: Flexible, steady workload; part-time or full-time considered
