**About the Role**:We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented **Training Coordinator** with proven experience in the automotive industry. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training, certification, and communication strategies that support operational excellence and continuous improvement.**Key Responsibilities**:- Develop and execute training plans, certification programs, and onboarding processes aligned with company goals.- Coordinate internal and external training sessions, workshops, and e-learning initiatives.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.- Support audit readiness and compliance through documentation and training records.- Design and implement communication strategies to promote training programs and employee engagement.- Utilize design systems and tools to create training materials and visual communication assets.- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and propose improvements.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Communication, or related field.- Minimum 5 years of experience in training coordination, preferably in the automotive industry.- Strong understanding of audit processes and compliance standards.- Experience in instructional design, training platforms, and communication tools.- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por obra o tiempo determinado, Por periodo de pruebaDuración del contrato: 3 mesesSueldo: $25,000.00 - $28,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Ayuda o servicio de transporte- Estacionamiento gratuito- Opción a contrato indefinido- Servicio de comedor con descuentoPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Has creado o gestionado estrategias de comunicación relacionadas con programas de capacitación o desarrollo de talento?Experiência:- desarrollando e implementando programas de capacitación: 3 años (Obligatorio)- industria automotriz: 1 año (Deseable)Idioma:- inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
