And we do it all in a planet-friendly sustainable manner.The **Internal Communications Intern**is responsible for the design, distribution, and management of internal communications to strengthen the culture and keep employees informed. He/She will support in various administrative tasks within the Human Resources department.**Core Responsibilities**:- Internal Communication design - Developing, Planning and executing various types of internal communications to foster employee engagement and a continued transparent culture.- Administrative Support - Provide administrative support to the HR team, handling daily tasks and contributing to long-term projects.- Documentation maintenance - Update and maintenance of local HR documentation (Internal regulations, policies, procedures, employee files)- Event Coordination: Help organize and coordinate employee engagement activities and events.- Definition of media and design tools to carry out the different projects and assignmentMandatory requirements:- Active student with at least one year remaining to complete their degree.- Education: Business, Psychology, Human resources or any creative degree (Communications, Advertising)- Advanced English (desirable)- Canva, Photoshop- Efficient time management and sense of urgency- Capable to translate ideas into actionsRequired behaviors and skills:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Good verbal communication skills- Creative and proactive- Ability to handle various responsibilities at the same time- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.Relocation available: No**Relocation Available**:No
