Elaboration and Creation of Flow charts, Initial PFMEA, Design of Process and workstations. Develop of verification process check list, go no-go, poke-yokes & MSA implementation studies (SPC, CPK) Regular meeting with corporate to following the status for new projects / engineering changes or transferences. Lay out management (changes and revision), time studies, balancing line balancing to optimize the manning.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**The duties listed below are intended only as examples of the various types of work that may be performed. The omission of specific statements of duties does not exclude them from the position if the work is similar, related or a logical assignment to this class.Developing, configuring, and optimizing industrial processes from inception through to start up and certificationAssessing processes, taking measurements and interpreting dataDesigning, running, testing, and upgrading systems and processesDevelop best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of outputPerform process simulationsManage cost and time constraintsPerform risk assessmentsProvide process documentation and operating instructions**Responsibilities for Integral management system**To actively participate on Integral management system audits*****Formal Education & Certification**BS in Mechatronic, Industrial, Electronic, Engineering, or related.**Knowledge & Experience**- + 5 years of experience as Process Engineer- PFMEA, Flow Chart, Control plan- Customer satisfaction- Process improvement- Advanced English- +5 years new products introduction- Engineering changes and control- Drawings interpretationUniversal Electronics Inc.
