We are dedicated to innovation, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. Role’s Mission: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects within stipulated deadlines and budgets. This role involves coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, exceptional leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Resource Management: Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths; plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Team Leadership: Direct and manage project development from beginning to end, including assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members and ensuring accountability. Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets; monitor and report on the progress of the project to all stakeholders. Risk Management: Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, meeting the required quality standards. Stakeholder Communication: Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project; effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 2+ years of project management experience, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry. Proven experience in strategic planning, risk management, and change management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure. Technical skills: Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau). Experience with project management systems (e.g., ASANA, Atlassian) is a plus.
