Estamos buscando a un **Salesforce Business Analyst** para una de nuestras empresas aliadas, **Luxury Presence.****RESPONSABILIDADES**- Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications.- Work with the Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Configurator to ensure that the platform is customized to meet business needs.- Ensure that new features and functionality are properly tested and validated before being deployed to users.- Support user adoption efforts by providing training and support materials as needed.- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within Salesforce.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and features.**REQUERIMIENTOS**- **Inglés avanzado**:- Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality and capabilities.- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.- Salesforce certifications (such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant) are a plus.- Preferable 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or related role (Salesforce Consultant).- Preferable Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.**INFO. ADICIONAL**The Salesforce Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications for the Salesforce platform.
