Descripción y detalle de las actividadesThis role is critical in ensuring the efficient flow of materials and finished products across borders while maintaining full compliance with Mexican customs regulations and U.S.Mexico trade agreements.- Make invoices (import & export) in I-xport System- Online and virtual requirements- KPI Knowledge- Internal and External reports Internal Archives- Coordinate daily imports.- Prepare the necessary documentation to carry out the operations before Customs (MX-US)- Coordinate Inter-maquila operations (Virtual Operations)- Active Fixed Audits.- Management and control of external transporters.- Management and Control of internal files related to Foreign Trade.- Coordination with Customs Broker to carry out operations.- Application Permits Rule 8th and Balance control.- Management and Control of Certificates of Origin (UMSCA).- Ensure compliance with IMMEX regulations and maintain all program records up to date (Annex 24 & 31, inventory control, traceability).- Import export Discharge for Annex 30- Prepare internal and external monthly reports for Import Export Operations.- Knowledge Import Export Restructure (Raw Material & Fixes Assets)- Knowledge of SAT process audit.- Imports process operations (inbound)- Knowledge for the correct HTS Code classification- Responsible for monitoring and ensuring the closure of corrective actions and non-conformities of SGC of their own area.- Maintain records and ensure compliance with Mexican customs law, U.S.Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA), and other applicable trade agreements.- Perform internal audits of customs entries, ensure correct duty payments, and correct discrepancies.- Identify potential customs risks or inefficiencies and propose corrective actions.Experiência y requisitos- Degree in import/export International Commerce or similar.- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills- 8+ year Experienced in the position.- Teamwork abilities- Import/Export Law- Annex 24/30 Data base Expert- Visa- Passport, preferred.- 80% English proficiency (written and verbal)Beneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Importación y Exportación**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Inglés**Hablado: Avanzado, Escrito: Avanzado**Disponibilidad p. viajar** No
