**What you will do?****How you will do it?**- Identifies technical solutions that meet emerging needs and improve efficiency of processes.- Consults with process owners, supervisors and managers key process improvement opportunities and supports the transformation of high quality, process execution throughout the HRSSC organization.- Evaluate work related issues and suggest technology remediation to resolve issues.- Act as a change agent to improve existing processes. Can engage in driving local programs on various efforts aligned to culture and engagement.- Provides reports to HRSSC Leadership on project status and key deliverables.- Offers guidance, tips, and shares best practices in the use of the systems and platforms used in the HRSSC.**What are we looking for?**- Implementation of advanced macros in Excel.- Ability to design, build and deploy MS Power Platform systems (Power Automate, Power Apps)- Experienced in.NET and Visual Studio.- Hands-on development experience on SharePoint- High Analytical and Problem-Solving skills.- Able to handle large amounts of data in excel or other database programs.- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Strong process orientation; demonstrated experience in planning and execution.- High English Proficiency (written and spoken), capable of delivering presentations in English.- Oral and written communication skills.- Ability to understand and successfully develop partnerships with customers and peers.- Detail oriented.- High Customer Service orientation**Nice to Have**:- Experience in CI, Lean Initiatives- Power BI- ServiceNow- Johnson Controls does not request pregnancy or HIV testing as a requirement for admission, permanence or promotion._
