Technical Sales Manager

- Develop and manage a results-driven sales team.
- Develop growth strategy/targets for assigned product line (in conjunction with applicable Sales Manager(s) for each Regional Sales/Account Manager).
- Coordinate commercial and technical details with promotion, demonstration, sale, and deliverables for product line(s) both pre- and post-sale.
- Develop and help facilitate product line training for assigned product line(s) in accordance with Corporate training guidelines.
- Field travel required to support customers, sales team, and overall product line growth/development.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Familiar with manufacturing practices, sanitation, and industrial environment.
- Large scale food manufacturing experience.
- Solutions provider - ability to review processes and make recommendations on equipment and components needed for processing raw materials.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and CRM Systems (AutoCAD experience preferred).
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Education & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of Product Management, Technical Sales, or Engineering experience in a manufacturing/industrial and food industry.
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (Business degree also acceptable).
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
