Responsibilities:- Achieve the annual sales budget assigned for the Territory, determined by the Regional Sales Manager.
- Maintain effective relationships with distributors and manage the flow of information related to technical issues.
- Work with distributors to define plans to increase coverage by geography and/or verticals.
- Suggest adjustments in the distribution network and propose new distributors when necessary.
- Monitor competition activities and provide relevant feedback to the company.
- Identify opportunities and risks in the assigned territory due to market/economic trends.
- Support the distribution network by providing necessary training to keep the sales team updated.
- Keep Salesforce information updated (daily/weekly) and manage GUARDIAN presentations.
- Direct technical processes for large projects and penetrate designated markets.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through product and service knowledge.
- Implement Salesforce culture and processes for efficient administration of product mix and brand positioning.
- Share forecasts and market information with the Marketing and Procurement Department.
- Conduct end-user calls to provide solutions and support.
- Participate in workshops, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Comply with quality, environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Engage in training programs and multi-functional project programs.
Graduated Higher Education in Company Administration, Industrial or Chemical Engineering.
Job Experience:- Knowledge of Industrial Health, Safety, and Environment.
- Experience in risk assessment and training.
- At least 4 years as an Account Manager with Salesforce experience.
- Proficiency in Office 360, especially Excel.
- Basic financial mathematics.
- Minimum Intermediate English, able to communicate both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to speak in public.
- Advanced English and Salesforce knowledge.
- Postgraduate studies in Health, Safety, and Environment.
- Risk Assessment and Prevention / HazMat emergency management studies.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and internationally for Congresses and Training as needed.
Typically, spends 40%-50% of time in face-to-face interactions and calls with end-users, 20%-30% with distributors, and the rest in administrative tasks (reports, Salesforce, GUARDIAN, etc.).
