We offer the stability of a large corporation with the flexibility of a remote or hybrid career.We continue to build a caring and inclusive company culture and are proud to be certified as a Great Place to WorkWHAT WE OFFER AS A GREAT PLACE TO WORK:- Highly competitive compensation and benefits package- Paid Time Off (PTO) additional to your vacation days- Career development and growth opportunities- Full access to our wellness center and wellness initiatives- Being part of an international organization with high exposure to multiple teams across North AmericaJob SummaryKey Responsibilities- Develops quality control end to end estimates and work plans for medium complexity projects for the focused area of business - encompassing all test levels and test types- Reviews and grades business requirements for completeness, consistency, clarity, relevance, ambiguity, redundancy and testability for medium complexity projects- Collaborates with external partners / vendors and cross-functional areas to create a consolidated end to end, effective test strategy plan for medium complexity projects; clearly communicates the test strategy to the business and delivery teams; improve test strategy effectiveness based on production results- Creates or obtains test data based on pre-defined testing standards and realistic production data sampling- Creates, maintains, and executes automated or manual test scripts for medium complexity projects- Leverages automation framework when building or executing automated test scripts- Ensures completeness of test deliverables based on all requirements and technical designs; ensure appropriate sign-offs- Performs data analysis of executed test plans to ensure accuracy of expected test results both at the user interface and back-end data levels across the end to end solution- Anticipates and identifies issues and risks both internal and external to the project and create the appropriate resolution and mitigation strategies- Responsible for defect identification, documentation, communication and following through to resolution- Facilitates the defect management process- Provides test status throughout project lifecycle- Performs root cause analysis and insert process improvements into the testing lifecycle in an effort to avoid repeated issues- Identifies and implements enhanced testing techniques and practices; support research and benchmarking activities (e.g. utilize test case efficiency metric to analyze trends and implement testing improvements)- Collaborates with external vendors to define test activities and service level agreements- Coaches and develops team members; provide performance feedback to managers of QC team members; act as a QC expert for junior QC AnalystsKnowledge/Skills/Abilities/Experience- College degree (Computer Science/Engineering, MIS degrees preferred)- 3-5 years experience- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook- Strong oral and written communication abilitiesLI-LS4Integon, a Great Place to Work, provides innovative technology and customer support services to major personal lines insurance providers, including Fortune 100 companies rated A+ (Superior), by A.M.
