**Responsibilities**:- Assist in coaching and mentoring other developers- Collaborate on development life cycle deliverables including Development / Code, QA Issues and resolution- Define the system and software technical requirements and manage the traceability in cooperation with the Product Manager- Define and document the architecture for the SW modules/components achieving the target performances in cooperation with the Development Manager- Manage the activity of revision and technical documentation of the specific SW Function- Support the Feature Reference during the effort estimation activities**Required**- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role working with PHP with strong Front-End skills- Relevant experience as a developer to lead a team of PHP programmers- Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture- Advance agile methodologies management- Advanced Design Patterns and IT infrastructure knowledge- Contribution to the preparation of technical documentation- Experience with Security- Fully specialized in Backend and Frontend development areas- Strong experience in coding reviews- Understanding of the benefits/weaknesses of users requirements- Strong experience participating in meetings with users and stakeholders- Strong experience in design and software architecture**Desired**- Management of CI/CD pipelines- Knowledge of the tradeoffs of choosing a certain technology- Experience and a good understanding of memory management and performance**Competencies and Skills**- Adaptability- Analysis- Communication- Empathy- Interest to learn- Open mind to question ideas- Observation- Critical thinking- Know how to listen- Problem solving**Technical**- Project management- Data architecture- PHP 8+- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and other frameworks such as, among others, Angular and React- String experience with Microservices and the Cloud- Ability to work with relational and non-relational bases- Programming of Stored Procedures, Functions and Triggers on relational databases**Ofrecemos**:- Horario de lunes a viernes- Modalidad híbrida o remoto- Prestaciones de ley- Prestaciones superiores a las de la ley- Sueldo según experiênciaTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Descuentos y precios preferenciales- Opción a contrato indefinido- Trabajar desde casaExperiência:- PHP 8+: 1 año (Obligatorio)- Data architecture: 1 año (Obligatorio)- SCRUM: 2 años (Obligatorio)- PHP Tech Lead: 5 años (Obligatorio)- Microservicios: 1 año (Obligatorio)
